1) Whoever put this together from Steve Prue’s video is awesome.
2) Does anyone know what the Russian word for lyra/aerial hoop is? Or where a school might be in Moscow? I might be needing the vocabulary to ask for lessons next week and highly doubt a standard Russian/English dictionary is going to cover that.

Tangled comparisons - concept art to the final film.
why the fuck is the concept art so much better
Because it’s impossible to animate a concept art ? it will take decades !
People always talk about why the concept better than the movie, something everybody should get that the concept art is normally ALWAYS better than the movie, they just get inspired by the concept to make a beautiful piece.

Day 01 – The best book you read this year
Lying Season by Karina Halle.
This was supposed to be a review of the book but it ended up being a blatant fangirl moment for me over the whole series. And since there’s a day in for that, I don’t publish it yet.
Literally sums me up…
“I totally thought I would have made it by this age. That’s highly ambitious, but I can’t help it. I’ve always grown up feeling like I was special, like I was meant to do something really amazing with my life and make an impact on people. That’s probably why I’ve dabbled in so many genres over the years. I’ve tried everything to find my something and, in the end, walked away with nothing concrete to show for it. Maybe if i just buckled down and stayed with one thing it could happen, but my fear is that everything else might pass me by.”
- Perry Palomino’s inner monologue, Darkhouse (Book 1 of Experiment in Terror series) by Karina Halle
Author Karina on Perry: Perry is pretty much what most women were like at 22. Struggling with what the hell she’s supposed to do with her life, and facing outdated expectations in this competitive world. I think of Perry as the “Everygirl.” Everyone should be able to relate to her in some way.
My new favorite series! It’s so good!
